DEGASi Plus Classic Series:

These Stand Alone Vacuum Degasser Systems are specifically designed for HPLC, SPR and other fluidic systems. The system removes dissolved gases from the mobile phases to reduce retention time shifts and improve baseline stability. Removing dissolved gasses eliminates bubbles before they occur and removes oxygen which can interfere with UV detection methods. The system is available in 1-6 channel systems at analytical flow. With the highly permeable Systec AF™ membrane an internal degasser chamber volume of only 480 μl is sufficient, to give you excellent degassing efficiency up to flow rates of approximately 3 ml/min. The time
the liquid spends inside the vacuum chamber is correlated to the degassing efficiency, so with higher flow
rate the degassing efficiency will be lowered. In many cases the 480 μl vacuum chamber can be used at
5 ml/min with sufficient degassing.

All DEGASi® PLUS Units are deliverd with a Systec ZHCR Vacuum Pump with Smart Board.
