Large Bore Unions

Upchurch Scientific / IDEX Large Bore Union Assemblies are designed specifically to be used with our standard 1/2-20 Flat-Bottom threaded nuts and ferrules. These unions can create a true zero dead volume (ZDV) connection when partnered with Quick Luer Adapters and the appropriate ferrule. Manufactured from biocompatible PEEK giving is excellent chemical resistance to virtually all commonly used solvents.

Bulkhead Unions

These Upchurch Scientific / IDEX Bulkhead Unions are optimally designed to directly thread through your equipment housing to connect internal tubing to the outside. Each union has unique 3/8-24 external threads and comes complete with a stainless steel nut and lock washer to hold it in place. It requires a 3/8” hole to mount. The recommended torque limit for these unions is 15 in.– lbs (1.7 N·m).

Union Assemblies

These Upchurch Scientific / IDEX Low Pressure Unions are available in a variety of polymers, providing several low-cost and chemically-resistant options. Manufactured from PEEK, Tefzel (ETFE), Derlin, polypropylene or PCTFE our unions deliver excellent chemical resistance. These versatile unions are available with ¼-28, M6 or 10-32 flat bottom threads.
