Service Contracts/Maintenance Agreements

UVISON Technologies Limited are able to offer an unrivalled service on all leading manufacturers of HPLC, GC, Spectroscopy and Dissolution systems, instruments and modules. The ability to work directly with some of the (OEM's) Original Equipment Manufacturers as distributors, allows UVISON to provide competitive pricing, whilst ensuring that you the customer, never has to compromise on service, support or quality. We offer range of service support and maintenance contracts, including preventative maintenance (PM) and performance qualification (PQ). In addition we can also offer a high level of breakdown support, with basic cover right through to totally comprehensive solutions.


Bronze Service Plan ……

One Preventative Maintenance Visit per year

  • Designed to keep your system running at Peak performance
  • Optional 2nd Preventative Maintenance Visit

Breakdown Repair

  • Trained Service Engineers
  • Travel to site (fixed call out charge available, depending on geographical location)
  • Preferable on-site labour rate

Priority Response

  • Typically within 48 hours of your initial call

Telephone Support

  • Talk directly to an engineer for technical support available 8.00am to 5.00pm Mon/Fri

Service Parts and Instrument Consumables

  • Service Parts and Instrument Consumables are chargeable after every service visit

Off Site Workshop

  • Off-site workshop repair available with trained engineers at reduced hourly rate

Performance Qualification - Optional

  • Validation for GMP or GLP labs

Training - Optional

  • HPLC front line maintenance
  • Instrument familiarization
