Return of Damaged or Unsuitable Goods
Authorisation to return products damaged during delivery must be requested within 3 days of delivery. UVISON Technologies Limited (UVISON Technologies) has the right to repair and return damaged products.
- A Return Goods Authorisation (RGA) number must be obtained and quoted on all paperwork.
- No goods may be returned to UVISON Technologies Limited without obtaining the consent of the UVISON Technologies customer services team.
Authorisation for the return of products which fail to meet current published manufacturers specifications must be requested in writing within 28 days of delivery. UVISON Technologies Limited will assist customers, at customers expense, to obtain any manufacturers warranty consistent with that granted to UVISON Technologies Limited.
Authorisation for the return of products, other than those damaged during delivery, delivered/ordered in error or those that do not meet specification, must be requested within 7 days of delivery. UVISON Technologies Limited shall issue a credit, less a handling charge of 30% of the invoice value, for products returned, subject to a minimum charge of GBP £50. Credit will be given for those products authorised for return which are unused and in a re-saleable condition, other than those in the categories shown:
- Open chemicals or diagnostics.
- Where the manufacturers factory packaging seal has been broken or removed.
- Goods are refrigerated or graded as perishable.
- Products built to order are not subject to return for credit under any circumstances.
- Items with an expired shelf life or an expiration date too short for resale.
- Any article that has been delivered direct by a third party supplier.
- Items not purchased from UVISON Technologies Limited.
Authorisation will be subject to the condition that the products are returned to UVISON Technologies Limited or to the manufacturer or other source notified by UVISON Technologies Limited, by registered post if permitted, or via our returns scheduled van service through our designated courier, for which a handling charge will be made.
Articles that have been delivered on our behalf by a third party supplier will not be accepted back at UVISON Technologies Limited.
Order Cancellation
A. Standard Products
Customers may cancel orders for products prior to delivery for any reason. If UVISON Technologies Ltd receives notice of cancellation prior to shipment by UVISON Technologies Ltd, there will be no charges or fees assessed. If UVISON Technologies Ltd receives notice of cancellation during or after shipment but prior to delivery to the customer, UVISON Technologies Ltd may at its discretion charge 15% of the net purchase price of the product as a return/restocking fee.
B. Custom Products
Unless specified in an existing contract, orders for custom products (i.e., products designed, manufactured or configured to meet specific customer requirements) may not be cancelled without UVISON Technologies Ltd approval. Cancellation approvals may be subject to cancellation charges and/or fees.
