A new concept column in which a synthetic polymer is supported on silica gel, and features high selectivity and durability.

An acidic HILIC column with a highly hydrophilic tetrazole group that exhibits strong retention and high selectivity for hydrophilic compounds. In particular, hydrophilic compounds can be strongly retained and analyzed even at high aqueous solution compositions.

DAICEL DCpak® PTZ is a HILIC column that uses a stationary phase in which a polymer with a highly hydrophilic tetrazole group (Poly N-(1H-tetrazole-5-yl)methacrylamide) is bound to a silica gel carrier as a selector.

It has strong retention and high separation selectivity, and is suitable for separation of highly hydrophilic compounds.
