QLA’s Rinse Cup Assembly is a quick and easy tool to aid in the cleaning of dissolution sampler tubing. Each cup is made of durable polypropylene that resists cracks and crazing. Cups can be used on any auto-sampling dissolution system that utilizes sample and/or return lines. Return media is captured separately so the wash solution is not contaminated. Dissolution vessels can be washed while simultaneously cleaning the sampler lines.

Magnetic Clamping

The magnetic clamping action allows for installation directly on the 0.375” or 10mm dissolution apparatus shaft. Alternatively, one or both halves of the assembly can be simply placed on top of the dissolution vessel for easy rinsing.

Universal Design

QLA's Patent Pending Universal design allows for use with most OEM’s instruments and vessels. This design also features notches that fit onto Teledyne Hanson Vision and CD14 style vessels.
