Daicel ZWITTERIONIC Columns

CHIRALPAK® ZWIX(+) Quinine (S,S)-ACHSA(*) derivative (*) trans-2-aminocyclohexylsulfonic acid is covalently bonded to the surface of silica gel These are amphoteric ion exchange chiral columns. Due to the interaction between anion exchange group and cation exchange group, it is suitable for separating amphoteric compounds (such as amino acids, polypeptides, etc.) that are difficult to separate on polysaccharide derivative chiral columns The type of mobile phase used is not limited, and not only methanol and acetonitrile but also water, tetrahydrofuran, and the like can be used as the mobile phase. The particle size of the filler is 3 μm, which greatly improves the separation success rate.
CHIRALPAK® ZWIX(-) Quinidine (R,R)-ACHSA(*) derivative (*) trans-2-aminocyclohexylsulfonic acid is covalently bonded to the surface of silica gel
Daicel Ligand Exchange Columns

CHIRALPAK® WH Amino acid derivatives are covalently bonded to the silica surface CHIRALPAK ® WH is a ligand-exchange chiral column, and amino acid derivatives are covalently bonded to the surface of silica gel. The applicable mobile phase is 0.1~2mM CuSO 4 aqueous solution.
CHIRALPAK® MA(+) Silicone surface coated with N,N-dioctyl-L-alanine CHIRALPAK ® MA(+) is a ligand exchange chiral column, the surface of silica gel is coated with N,N-dioctyl-L-alanine. The applicable mobile phase is 0.1~2mM CuSO 4 aqueous solution.

CHIRALPAK®
QN-AX
CHIRALPAK ® QN-AX: -O-9-(tert-butylcarbamoyl)quinine covalently bonded to the surface of silica gel CHIRALPAK ® QN-AX and CHIRALPAK ® QD-AX are weak anion exchange chiral columns, which can be used for the chiral separation of acidic compounds, especially for the resolution of acidic compounds containing carbonyl, phosphate or phosphate groups. The elution order of QN-AX and QD-AX is reversed. Common reversed-phase elution mode, also can use pure polar organic solvent as mobile phase (anhydrous organic solvent containing acid or base). Applicable to all chromatographic solvents, such as methanol, acetonitrile, THF, dioxane, chloroform, etc. Acetic acid, formic acid, and phosphoric acid can be used as buffers in the reversed-phase mobile phase.

CHIRALPAK ® QD-AX: -O-9-(tert-Butylcarbamoyl)quinidine covalently bonded to the surface of silica gel
Daicel Crown Ether CROWNPAK Columns

CROWNPAK® CR-I(+) (S)-18-crown-6 ether is bonded to the surface of CROWNPAK ® CR-I(+) silica gel Professional separation of amino acids, amino alcohols, amines and other compounds with primary amines next to the chiral center. All HPLC solvents can be used! Typically an acidic mobile phase is used, such as aqueous perchloric acid at pH 1.0-2.0. However, solvents with stronger eluting power can also be used as mobile phases, which greatly shortens the analysis time. The two chiral columns CROWNPAK ® CR-I(+) and CROWNPAK ® CR-I(-) can refer to each other, and the peak order of samples is reversed.
CROWNPAK®  CR-I(-) (R)-18-crown-6 ether is bonded to the surface of CROWNPAK ®  CR-I(-) silica gel.
Daicel Polymethacrylate Chiral Columns CHIRALPAK® OP(+) Silicone surface coated with poly(diphenyl-2-pyridyl methacrylate) CHIRALPAK ® OP(+) is a polymethacrylate chiral column with poly(diphenyl-2-pyridylmethacrylate) on the silica gel surface. The separation effect is best when 100% methanol is used as the mobile phase.
CHIRALPAK® OT(+) Silicone surface coated with poly(triphenylmethyl methacrylate) CHIRALPAK ® OT(+) is a chiral polymethacrylate column coated with poly(triphenylmethyl methacrylate) on the silica gel surface. It is recommended to use this chiral column at lower temperature (0-5°C).
