ReproSil 80 and 100 are Type A Silica which can replace Spherisorb columns. It has been developed to provide the same behavior of Waters Sherisorb columns. It represents a competitive alternative with a very high reproducibility.
ReproSil 70, 100, 200, 300 medias are a family of phases based on high quality silica with low Fe and Pb content and are available with pore sizes of 70, 100, 150, 200 and 300 A and represent a cost effective work-horse solution for the separation of small molecules, peptides and proteins.
This media family represents an extensive selection of phases for the analysis and purification of enantiomers. The polysaccharide phases come with a variety of chiral selectors offering close to 100% success rate. The polysaccharide phases are amenable to various chromatography modes (normal phase, reversed phase, polar organic, SFC). The immobilized versions of these phases enable the use of an extended range of solvents and some unique chiral selectors not available from other suppliers are offered. In addition to the polysaccharide phases we offer a range of specialty chiral phases from the categories of Pirkle-phases, protein-based phases and cyclodextrin phases, among them our Reprosil Chiral NR media, an excellent alternative to Whelk-O-1.
ReproSil Chiral-ZA utilizes an Amylose tris-3-chloro-4-methylphenylcarbamate modified silica as its chiral stationary phase. This column is often used as an alternative to Daicel's Chiralpak AZ-3.
