Advance B Series Controller
The MICROLAB 500B series is a versatile, easily programmed line of instruments ideal for laboratories performing multiple dilute and dispense methods. The user can program and store up to 21 methods in the instrument's memory.
 
The Single Syringe Dispenser has one syringe drive and one valve positioner. This pump is designed for applications that require one fluid path and dispensing volumes within the programmable resolution of the ML500 syringe drive. The single syringe dispenser can fit syringes from 25 µL to 25 mL. For the greatest accuracy and precision it is recommended to operate syringes above 10% of their nominal volume (for example 2.5 µL from a 25 µL syringe). If lower volumes are desired the ML500 is capable of dispenses down to 0.1% of nominal syringe volume with a modest decrease in accuracy and precision.
 

Controller Options:

  • Basic A Series Controller - The economical option with limited functionality.

  • Advanced B Series Controller - Advanced controller with method storage and custom method capabilities

  • PC Controlled System - The ML500 is controlled with software written for the PC.  This option provides the most programming options but requires a tethered PC.

Hamilton MICROLAB®
500 series dispensers are perfect for performing simple dispenses.  The dispensers will
accurately and precisely aspirate and dispense fluid at the touch of a hand probe button or the tap of a foot 
switch.  Achieve certified accuracy within ± 1% and precision within + 0.2 %, traceable to N.I.S.T.
 
The ML501A Single Syringe and ML504A Dual Syringe models are designed as simple dispensers where 
the volume filled into the syringe is the volume dispensed.  They are inexpensive and yet meet the demands for 
accurate dispensers.  Method setup and modification is quick and easy.  The method is retained as long as  
there is power to the instrument.
 
The ML510B Single Syringe and ML540B Dual Syringe models allow you to program to a 21 method 
memory simple dispenses, aliquot dispenses, serial dispenses, pipetting and titrations.  You can save the reagent
in the fluid path by returning to the reagent reservoir.  Add the printer to simplify compliance to method 
documentation requirements for regulations and standards, such as those of the EPA, FDA (GMP, GLP) and ISO.
