Pressure Sensor Accessory. Sensor screw cap for pressure measurement in either MF or HF vessels. The pressure sensor is a load cell, which measures the reaction pressure contact less via the force applied by the movable seal. A shielded metallic capsule contains the transducers, electronics and a microprocessor. The pressure data is transferred via infrared signals to the ovens controller. Energy supply is wireless by HF induction, thus the sensor accessory does not require any electrical plugs. Each sensor has an individual identification number, which is automatically checked.
