Pressure/Temperature Sensor Accessory. Sensor screw cap for simultaneous pressure and temperature measurement in either MF or HF vessels. The temperature sensor is a gas-bulb thermometer, directly in the solution, hermetically shielded by a sapphire thermowell with highest chemical and mechanical resistance. It allows precise and fast measurement up to 300°C. Measured values are transferred to the controller via infrared signal. No sensitive cables or plugs are necessary! Calibration of the sensor can be done automatically with an optional calibration accessory (N3141008).The pressure sensor is a load cell, which measures the reaction pressure contact less via the force applied by the movable seal. A shielded metallic capsule contains the transducers, electronics and a microprocessor. Both the pressure and the temperature data are transferred via infrared signals to the ovens controller. Energy supply is wireless by HF induction, thus the sensor accessory does not require any electrical plugs. Each sensor has an individual identification number, which is automatically checked and matched with calibration information stored in the oven. Thus different sensors can be used for one oven without further user interaction. Specifications Temperature Range 0 - 300°C Pressure range 0 - 86 bar (1250 psi).
