T-Probe for Rotor 8. Immersing temperature probe for precise measurement of the solution temperature in Rotor 8XF100 and XQ80. The sensor head includes a gas-bulb thermometer for monitoring the decomposition temperature up to 280°C. The sensor is hermetically shielded by a sapphire thermowell. Its microwave-transparent design does not interfere with the microwave field. The installation is very easy and does not require any electrical connections, cables or hoses. A torus-shaped metallic capsule contains the transducer and signal conversion electronics. The temperature data are transmitted via infrared light to the electronics module on the Rotor 8 and from there to the control electronics of the Multiwave 3000 oven. The energy supply for the electronics is wireless by HF induction, the sensor does not require any electrical plugs. The T-Probe can be calibrated from the customer itself by the use of the optional calibration accessory (N3141008). Each sensor is identified by an individual serial number; the appropriate calibration data are stored on the oven. Temperature Range 0 - 280°C.
