This MicroFlow PFA Nebulizer, with external 1/4-28 threaded connector and gas line, is for use with NexION® 1000/2000 ICP-MS series instruments. The PFA-ST MicroFlow nebulizer is made from high purity, HF resistant PFA. It has an exchangeable external sample uptake capillary. The sample uptake rate is controlled by the diameter of the external capillary or probe.

MicroFlow nebulizers are resistant to clogging and are reliably self-aspirated or pumped to produce a fine aerosol for high transport efficiency and high sensitivity.

The Type C PFA ST3 Nebulizers are made from high purity, HF resistant PFA. Included is a fluoropolymer nebulizer gas line and a 1/4-28 fitting. The sample uptake rate is controlled by the diameter of the external capillary or probe. MicroFlow nebulizers are resistant to clogging, reliably self-aspirated or pumped to produce a fine aerosol for high transport efficiency and high sensitivity. Included in the PFA-Platinum HF-Sample Introduction Kit (N8150033), the Productivity Configuration's Sample Introduction Kit (N8150036), and the Semi Configuration's Sample Introduction Kit (N8150037).
