MacroSep® BIO-Gold C8 is less hydrophobic and may yield faster separations when compared to C18. It is used to separate many classes of compounds including bio-pharmaceuticals and biologicals and is ideal for the separation of hydrophobic proteins and high molecular weight peptides.
