Sound Insulation Hood. The simple, yet functionally convincing design of the sound insulation hood helps to significantly reduce the noise level of the Multiwave 3000 in operation by 3dB. The inner surface of the hood is fully covered with a special sound absorbing knob-shaped PU-foam. The hood is placed over the back side of the instrument (where the instrument’s exhaust unit is located) without covering the cooling air inlets of the Multiwave 3000.
