Purospher HPLC Columns

Purospher® HPLC columns are based upon a high-purity silica for excellent separations with very good peak symmetry. The base material for HPLC columns consists of tetra-alkoxysilane. Due to the absence of heavy metals in the silica matrix and in combination with a complete coverage of the silica surface, this stationary phase enables tailing-free chromatography of acidic, basic and chelating compounds. This is of particular advantage for method development.
