Specially designed to meet the rigid requirements necessary to match Rheodyne valves, RheFlex fittings offer precision and quality that can also be used in common laboratory applications that require precise liquid connections. Rheodyne combines the unique RheFlex ChromTRAC™ color-coding fitting knobs with RheFlex fittings sets for a value-added fittings identification system. ChromTRAC knobs and mapping on valves are the industry standard for tracking inlets and outlets of system components.

The RheFlex family includes Rheodyne's classic, stainless steel multiple length, nut and ferrule systems, which have been the standard for valve connections for a quarter of a century, to the more recently introduced RheFlex TF, "Twist Free" technology.

Innovative RheFlex fittings offer the chromatographer designs that allow for fingertightened and color-coded applications. Most PEEK fittings can be tightened by hand with the unique ChromTRAC fitting identification system or 1/4" Rheodyne Wrench. The RheFlex One-Piece Fingertight fittings offer simple, economic, and easy-to-use fittings for 10-32, 1/16" applications. Since twist free connections are desirable, Rheodyne has engineered the distinctive RheFlex TF fittings that are unmatched in their ability to maintain high or low pressure liquid connections that remain firmly in the valve ports.
