Description

This kit is used in conjunction with the USP 467 Residual Solvent Method. Specifically in the case where aqueous direct injections are made into the GC. Without this kit the solvent front (water) has been known to extinguish the flame during an analysis. This kit contains a larger volume jet and detector side column fitting. The extra volume allows the water to exit the FID without extinguishing the flame
