Description

The SMI (Smart Micro Inert) union kit includes double ended (0.4mm and 0.5mm ID) ferrules for connecting capillary columns of 0.1 to 0.25mm ID (360um OD) to columns of 0.32mm ID (430-450um OD.) SMI inert connectors feature low heat capacity, low dead volume, and no leakage when properly installed. Includes 1 union body,5 ferrules, and instllation tools. For the replacement union body, use 227-35026-01 (5/pk) For replacement ferrules use 227-35025-02 (10/pk) NOTE: always connect the column with the largest ID first to ensure that the the correct end of the ferrule will be used with each column.
