RSpak DE-213, DE-413 and DE-613

  • Usable eluents: Mixture of water or buffer and water-soluble organic solvent such as methanol, ethanol, 2-propanol, acetonitrile and THF
  • Usable ratio: 0-100% water or buffer, 0-100% water-soluble organic solvent
  • Nonpolar organic solvents such as benzene, chloroform, n-hexane and THF must not be used as the eluent.

Cleaning/Regeneration - RSpak DE-213, DE-413 and DE-613

If impurities adsorbed on the packing material have to be removed, flow 10 mL of acetonitrile or methanol into the column at a flow rate of 0.1 mL/min (DE-213), 50 mL of the solvent at a flow rate of 0.5 mL/min (DE-413)
