RSpak DE-213, DE-413 and DE-613
- Usable eluents: Mixture of water or buffer and water-soluble organic solvent such as methanol, ethanol, 2-propanol, acetonitrile and THF
- Usable ratio: 0-100% water or buffer, 0-100% water-soluble organic solvent
- Nonpolar organic solvents such as benzene, chloroform, n-hexane and THF must not be used as the eluent.

If impurities adsorbed on the packing material have to be removed, flow 10 mL of acetonitrile or methanol into the column at a flow rate of 0.1 mL/min (DE-213), 50 mL of the solvent at a flow rate of 0.5 mL/min (DE-413)
