This Upchurch Scientific / IDEX Health & Science / Biotech MicroTight Nut is designed specifically to work with NanoPort and MicroTight Unions, Adapters and Inline MicroFilters. Manufactured from biocompatible PEEK it offers excellent chemical resistance. It has a 6-32 Coned thread port configuration and is for use with 360 µm OD tubing. It comes in headless or standard head styles.

MicroTight® One-Piece Fittings are designed for use with the NanoPort™ and MicroTight Unions, Adapters and Inline MicroFilters. Specifically made for 360 μm OD tubing, 1/32” OD tubing, or our MicroTight Tubing Sleeves, these fittings make superior fingertight connections with capillary tubing. MicroTight Fittings withstand temperatures up to 125 °C. The MicroTight family also includes a female nut matched with one of five dedicated ferrules for connecting specific tubing ODs. Use the P-277 Extender Tool to tighten standard micro knurl 6-32 fittings in hardto-reach places. Tighten micro headless6-32 fittings with our N-290 Tool.
