The Upchurch Scientific / IDEX Health & Science / Biotech Fluidics MicroTight Unions Assembly is used specifically to easily connect capillary tubing together. True ZDV (Zero Dead Volume) allows two pieces of tubing to connect directly to each other using the included gauge and plug to ensure proper alignment. It has a 6-32 Thread Port Configuration. It includes (2) F-125 fittings and (1) P-553 Gauge.

MicroTight® Connectors for Capillary Tubing

Connect two pieces of capillary tubing with our PEEK MicroTight Connectors. The True ZDV Unions allow two pieces of tubing to connect directly to each other — using the included gauge plug to ensure proper alignment. The standard union and elbow both feature a 0.006” (0.150 mm) thru-hole, adding only a small amount of additional flow-path volume to help ensure proper chromatographic results.
