This Upchurch Scientific, IDEX Health & Science, Biotech Fluidics Precolumn MiroFilter effectively connects directly into microbore or analytical columns. The unique void volume used is the design of this MicroFilter eliminates mixing of samples in the mobile phase. It is for a 1/16" tubing OD. This assembly includes (5) C-425, (1) F-172, (1) P-416. It is also comes with one stainless steel frit (C-425).

Precolumn MicroFilters

The Precolumn MicroFilters directly connect into your microbore or analytical column. Total theoretical void volume is only 0.5 μL (includes frit volume) and the PEEK tubing used in the assembly of these units has a 0.005” (125 μm) ID, virtually eliminating any mixing of the sample with the mobile phase.
