This Upchruch Scientific / Idex Health & Science / Biotech Fluidics VHP+ Stainless Steel Union Assembly is precision machined from 316 stainless steel. Our mechanically strong and reliable union assembly offers true zero dead volume (ZDV) allowing tubing to be joined without interrupting the fluidic path. It is designed for 1/16" OD tubing, thru-hole of .010 and has a 10-32 Coned thread port configuration. It comes with (2)VHP-200.

VHP Stainless Steel ZDV Unions

  • Supplied with fittings for 1/16” OD or 1/8” OD tubing
  • Manufactured from 316 stainless steel
  • All union assemblies rated to 20,000 psi (1,380 bar) or higher

These high pressure, zero-dead-volume (ZDV) unions are precision machined from 316 stainless steel, carefully passivated, then thoroughly rinsed. Each comes complete with stainless steel nuts and ferrules.

Note: It is possible to order the products without the fittings. Simply use a -01 at the end of the product number to order the union body without fittings.
