The Upchurch Scientific / IDEX Health & Science / Biotech Fluidics ZDV Union Assembly is Waters Compatible and precision machined from 316 stainless steel. Our mechanically strong and reliable union offers zero dead volume (ZDV) allowing tubing to join without interrupting the fluidic path. It is designed for 1/16"OD tubing and has a 10-32 Coned thread port configuration. It comes with (2) U-410/U-401 stainless steel fittings.

Available in the Following Configurations:

  • U-412 - Union Assembly ZDV Waters® Type Single
  • U-412-01 - Union Body Only ZDV Waters® Type Single

VHP Stainless Steel ZDV Unions

  • Supplied with fittings for 1/16” OD or 1/8” OD tubing
  • Manufactured from 316 stainless steel
  • All union assemblies rated to 20,000 psi (1,380 bar) or higher

Our high pressure, zero-dead-volume (ZDV) unions are precision machined from 316 stainless steel, carefully passivated, then thoroughly rinsed. Each comes complete with stainless steel nuts and ferrules.

It is possible to order the products without the fittings. Simply use a -01 at the end of the product number to order the union body without fittings.
