This Upchurch Scientific, IDEX Health & Science, Biotech Fluidics Precolumn MircoFilter w/PEEK frit connects directly into microbore or analytical columns. The void volume used is the design of this MicroFilter eliminates mixing of samples in the mobile phase. It is designed for 1/16" tubing OD. This assembly includes (5) A-735, (1) F-132, (1) P-416. The M-560-1 comes with PEEK frits ( A-735).

Precolumn MicroFilters

  • Two versions: direct connect 1/16” OD tubing or use MicroTight® tubing sleeves for 70–520 μm OD capillary tubing

The Precolumn MicroFilters directly connect into your microbore or analytical column. Total theoretical void volume is only 0.5 μL (includes frit volume) and the PEEK tubing used in the assembly of these units has a 0.005” (125 μm) ID, virtually eliminating any mixing of the sample with the mobile phase.
