Waters Oligonucleotide Separation Technology (OST) columns are based on the second generation of hybrid-silica BEH™ Technology particles functionalized with C18. The separation of detritylated synthetic oligonucleotide samples is based on the well-established method of ion-pair, reversed-phase chromatography. The availability of 1.7µm UPLC® technology or 2.5µm HPLC particles in various column dimensions provides flexibility to meet various laboratory-scale isolation or analysis needs and delivers exceptional sample resolution and superior column life.
