Peptide Separation Technology provides a consistent set of chromatographic tools usable across all research and development applications that require analysis and isolation of peptides. Peptide Separation Technology columns are based on the C18 BEH Technology particles and are available from size 1.7 µm to 10 µm. The range of column dimensions spans from I.D. of 75 to 300 µm and lengths from 50 to 250 mm. The surface chemistry of all particle sizes, in either 130A or 300A pore sizes, gives sharp symmetrical peaks over a wide range of peptide properties and application requirements.
