Ultisil HILIC Amide is an amide-based hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography (HILIC) column built on ultra-pure silica. It is one of the most commonly used HILIC columns, offering separation forces similar to HILIC-NH₂ but with different selectivity. This column enables fast and efficient separation of sugars, peptides, and low-molecular-weight polar pharmaceuticals. It exhibits low baseline drift when used with ELSD and MS detectors and has a longer lifespan compared to NH₂ columns.
