Welch guard cartridges use the same packing materials as the analytical column to ensure the best analysis results. When HPLC column ID<4.0mm, it is recommended to use a 2.1×10mm cartridge, while when column ID≥4.0mm, a 4.6×10mm cartridge is recommended. 2.1×10mm cartridge holder: 00808-01107, 4.6×10mm cartridge holder: 00808-01101 or 00808-01108(direct connect).

Ultisil HILIC Amphion II is a zwitterionic HILIC column that employs covalent bonding technology to attach zwitterionic functional groups (containing both cations and anions). This eliminates the need for ion-pairing reagents. With exceptionally strong hydrophilicity, it effectively retains highly polar ionic compounds that exhibit weak or no retention in reversed-phase chromatography, as well as basic pharmaceuticals.
