Welch guard cartridges use the same packing materials as the analytical column to ensure the best analysis results. When HPLC column ID<4.0mm, it is recommended to use a 2.1×10mm cartridge, while when column ID≥4.0mm, a 4.6×10mm cartridge is recommended. 2.1×10mm cartridge holder: 00808-01107, 4.6×10mm cartridge holder: 00808-01101 or 00808-01108(direct connect).

Ultisil Hilic NH₂ is a hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography (HILIC) column with a specially treated silica matrix to enhance hydrophilicity. It offers improved stability and reproducibility for mixed monosaccharides compared to XB-NH₂, thanks to the combined effects of weak anion exchange interactions and hydrophilic partitioning forces.
