Welch guard cartridges use the same packing materials as the analytical column to ensure the best analysis results. When HPLC column ID<4.0mm, it is recommended to use a 2.1×10mm cartridge, while when column ID≥4.0mm, a 4.6×10mm cartridge is recommended. 2.1×10mm cartridge holder: 00808-01107, 4.6×10mm cartridge holder: 00808-01101 or 00808-01108(direct connect).

Ultisil Polar RP is a reversed-phase column with selectivity distinct from conventional C18. It incorporates embedded polar groups, allowing the alkyl phase to remain solvated even in highly aqueous mobile phases (up to 100% water) without hydrophobic collapse. It offers enhanced retention and selectivity for polar compounds.
