Welch Materials Xtimate Sugar-Ca Columns

Xtimate Sugar-Ca column is packed with calcium-modified polystyrene-divinylbenzene (PS/DVB) resin, primarily designed for the analysis of hydrolysates of sugar-based products, including beet, cane, starch, etc. It is well-suited in the separation of glucose, fructose, maltose, and maltodextrins from high-molecular-weight polymers in typical corn syrups. This column can also be used as a specialized column for mannitol analysis according to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.

Xtimate HPLC column derives its outstanding performance from a special hybrid partic le based technique, which coats a unique 5nm organic/inorganic polymer layer on the silica surface, so that the pH range is extended to 1.0-12.5. Xtimate column is designed for HPLC method development. Regardless of the types of mobile phase or high temperature, Xtimate HPLC column always has stable performance and long lifetime.
