Xtimate XB-SCX column is a strong cation-exchange bonded silica column designed primarily for the separation of metformin hydrochloride. It provides a resolution greater than 10 between melamine and metformin while ensuring an excellent peak shape for dicyandiamide, completely eliminating solvent peak interference.
Xtimate HPLC column derives its outstanding performance from a special hybrid partic le based technique, which coats a unique 5nm organic/inorganic polymer layer on the silica surface, so that the pH range is extended to 1.0-12.5.
