Advanchrom Bio HIC-Butyl is a high-performance column designed for protein separation based on hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC). It utilizes an advanced macroporous silica matrix combined with a unique surface bonding technique. By precisely optimizing the thickness of the hydrophilic layer and the butyl bonding density on the silica surface, it is well-suited for the separation of antibodies, antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), and other protein-based biopharmaceutical products.

Advanchrom C18 is a fast, highly efficient, and exceptionally stable HPLC column introduced by Welch Materials, Inc. It features an ultra‑pure silica substrate treated with our proprietary organic–inorganic grafting technology, forming a highly robust hybrid layer on the silica surface and extending its pH stability range to 1–12.5. The column is further enhanced by our unique bonding and end‑capping processes for optimal performance.
