Featuring an end-capping-free process, it is the preferred choice for strong acids, high aqueous phases, and detection methods such as ELSD and MS. The bonded phase exhibits minimal loss under strongly acidic conditions.
A Boltimate core-shell column is constructed with a 1.7 μm solid core and a 0.5 μm porous layer. This core-shell particle design delivers high column efficiency (~200,000 plates/m) and exceptional separation performance, comparable to sub-2 μm particles, while generating only 50% of the backpressure of sub-2 μm columns.
