Welch guard cartridges use the same packing materials as the analytical column to ensure the best analysis results. When HPLC column ID<4.0mm, it is recommended to use a 2.1×10mm cartridge, while when column ID≥4.0mm, a 4.6×10mm cartridge is recommended. 2.1×10mm cartridge holder: 00808-01107, 4.6×10mm cartridge holder: 00808-01101 or 00808-01108(direct connect).

Ultisil XB-C30 column features C30 long-chain bonded silica matrix, offering excellent lipophilicity and hydrophobic interactions. It provides high configurational selectivity for carotenoid isomers and is also suitable for separating fat-soluble compounds such as vitamin E.
