Ultisil UHPLC XB-C8 is based on 1.8 µm high-purity silica and can withstand pressures up to 15,000 psi. It provides excellent peak shapes for acidic, basic, and neutral compounds. With slightly weaker retention than C18, it is recommended for the separation of strongly hydrophobic compounds.
