QLA provides Float-A-Lyzer® Holders which will hold the Float-A-Lyzer® in a consistent position for the duration of the dissolution test.

The Repligen Float-A-Lyzer® provides a way to test nanoparticle formulations, microparticle formulations, and suspensions while being able to separate released drug from the dosage ensuring the analysis is providing accurate results of the release rate. The Float-A-Lyzer® is available in various lengths and molecular cutoff weights.

However, on its own, the Float-A-Lyzer® is not ideal as it can float around the dissolution vessel experiencing different hydro-dynamic conditions as the test progresses. QLA Float-A-Lyzer® Holders help ensure the results obtained will be consistent from vessel to vessel and test to test by keeping the Float-A-Lyzer® in the same position for the duration of the test.
Float-A-Lyzer® Holders can work with paddles, basket shafts, and small volume apparatus allowing adaptability to any dissolution lab.
