QLA’s AccuCenter™ Bracket System consists of a bracket that when combined with a specially manufactured vessel provides the ability to center each vessel with very fine precision. This system centers the vessel from the more critical inside diameter as opposed to the outside diameter. QLA is able to control this critical dimension by grinding the vessel flange top, bottom and outside edge ensuring that it is concentric to the vessel inside diameter. Spring loaded, rotary knobs secure the vessel firmly in place and eliminate floating when empty.

The AccuCenter™ System can be easily mounted and replaces the EaseAlign, TruCenter and TruAlign centering systems for various models of Agilent/VanKel Baths. Mounting is as simple as removing the alignment posts and installing the adapter bracket to the vessel plate. The Centering Ring alignment system for Distek and Hanson SR8- Plus Bath models can also be replaced with this system. However, it is not compatible with Distek Bathless instruments. The kit includes mounting hardware and assembly instructions and should be purchased with the appropriate vessel evaporation cover.
