Introduction:

This set includes 100 ml A1, 100 ml B1, 120 ml C1 and 350 ul RNase A.

Buffer A1 is one of reagents in plasmid isolation kit, it is used for resuspend bacterial and inhibit DNase.

Buffer B1 is one of reagents in plasmid isolation kit, it is used for lyse bacterial after resuspended with Buffer A1.

Buffer C1 is one of reagents in plasmid isolation kit, it is used for precipitate proteins, and create a high=salt environment which can make the plasmid DNA bind to DNA binding column more easily.

Storage:

Buffer A1,B1,C1 store at RT, after add RNaseA , Buffer A1 should be stored at 4°C. RNase A store at 4°C.
