Introduction 

The EZgene^TM 96-Well Blood Viral RNA Kit is designed for fast, high-throughput purification of total RNA from a variety of cell free fluid such as plasma or serum while enzyme inhibitors and other contaminates completely removed. It is designed for simultaneously isolating RNA up to 96 samples in a 96-well format. This procedure has been tested for isolating nucleic acids from Hepatitis A, Hepatitis C and HIV. This kit can also be used to isolate viral DNA/RNA from urine and cell culture supernatant.
