CHIRALPAK ® ZWIX(+) and CHIRALPAK ® ZWIX(-) are amphoteric ion exchange chiral columns. Due to the interaction between anion exchange group and cation exchange group, it is suitable for separating amphoteric compounds (such as amino acids, polypeptides, etc.) that are difficult to separate on polysaccharide derivative chiral columns The type of mobile phase used is not limited, and not only methanol and acetonitrile but also water, tetrahydrofuran, and the like can be used as the mobile phase. The particle size of the filler is 3 μm, which greatly improves the separation success rate.
