The COSMOSIL 5C18-PAQ is a new member of our C18 column family which already includes the monomeric type MS-II and the polymeric type AR-II. This new column maintains stable retention time even in 100% aqueous mobile phases. The new polymeric linking style gives this column a strong acidic resistance so that it is compatible with mobile phases of acidic pH that can permanently damage conventional octadecyl stationary phases. This type is especially good for separation of hydrophilic compounds.
