Shim-pack SCR Series
For the analysis of monosaccharides and organic acids by ligand exchange + size exclusion and ion exclusion mode
Shim-pack SCR-101N/C/P are suitable for the analysis of monosaccharides. Since the samples are separated under a mixed mode of gel filtration and ligand exchange, the selectivity differs depending on the type of cation. Shim-pack SCR-101H and SCR-102H are ion exclusion chromatography columns, using H type sulfonated styrene polymer as stationary phase. They are ideal for analysis of organic acids using an acid aqueous solution (e.g. aqueous solution of perchloric acid) as mobile phase.
- L17 (Shim-pack SCR-101H) - Strong cation-exchange resin consisting of sulfonated cross-linked styrene-divinylbenzene copolymer in the hydrogen form, 6 - 12 m in diameter
- L19 (Shim-pack SCR-102H) - Strong cation-exchange resin consisting of sulfonated cross-linked styrene-divinylbenzene copolymer in the calcium form, 5 - 15 m in diameter.
- L58 (Shim-pack SCR-101N) - Strong cation-exchange resin consisting of sulfonated cross-linked styrene-divinylbenzene copolymer in the sodium form, about 6 to 30 m in diameter.
