What is Shinwa DS-DA (Diacetyl)?

A reagent kit for derivatizing diacetyl in alcoholic beverages and beverages and measuring by gas chromatography.

Features of Shinwa DS-DA (Diacetyl)

• Since the derivatization process can be performed in an aqueous solution, there is no need to dry the sample.
• The processing time is 5 to 10 minutes.
• No special equipment is used and no heating is required.
• The FID detector can quantify 50 ppb of diacetyl.
• One set can be derivatized 50 times.

Recommended reagent amount

• Reagent A (internal standard solution) 100 μL
• Reagent B (reaction reagent) 1tabs
• Reagent C (cleaning solution) 8mL
• Reagent D (extract) 1 mL
• Under the above conditions, 10 ml of sample can be processed.
