Features of Shinwa DS-TG

• This kit can be processed in a shorter time than the conventional method.
• It can be safely performed because it is processed below the boiling point of methanol (64.7 ° C).
• No heating equipment required.
• After the methylester reaction, the lower layer (water layer) is colored blue, making it easy to sample.
• One set can perform about 100 times of methyl esterification treatment.

Recommended reagent amount

• Solution A 1 mL
• Solution B [reaction solution] 50 μL
• Solution C [stop solution] 1 mL
• Under the above conditions, the sample can be processed up to 50 mg.

* Cannot be used for free fatty acids, sterol esters, and sphingolipids.

• Solution B is alkaline.
