With diol groups - The robust HILIC column for oligosaccharides and oligonucleotides

Specifications:

• The modified diol groups on the packing material create the HILIC mod
• Suitable for oligosaccharide and oligonucleotide separation which is not possible by SEC column or conventional HILIC columns
• Polymer-based packing material provides excellent chemical stability and minimum deterioration over an extended time period
• pH stability: 2 to 13 (silanol free)
• Easily regenerated by washing in an alkaline solution
• Also suitable for evaporative light scattering detector (ELSD), corona charged aerosol detector (CAD), and mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS)
• New size HILICpak VN-50 1D adopts a double structure housing with an outer surface made of SUS and an inner surface [wetted part] made of PEEK. Covers the weak point of physical strength of PEEK housing and can be used under high pressure conditions. It has an inner diameter of 1.0 mm, which makes it possible to suppress the flow rate to 0.1 mL/min or less, so it suitable for high sensitivity analysis by LC/MS.
