The following table summarizes the molecular weight ranges for TSKgel G2000SW, TSKgel G3000SW and TSKgel G4000SW columns for globular proteins, polyethylene oxides and dextrans that can, at least partially, access the particle pores. For comparative purposes, similar data is provided as well for TSKgel SWxl and TSKgel SuperSW-type columns.
As the first generation of silica-based GFC columns, TSKgel G3000SW columns provide excellent separation of proteins and other biomolecules with molecular weights up to 500,000 Da.
The TSKgel G3000SW columns start at 10 μm for analytical columns and also scale to 13 μm in columns up to 21.5 mm ID for preparative purifications.
